Karina has advised large multinational corporations to small-mid caps on mergers and acquisitions, valuation, capital raisings and financial modelling. At Corality, Karina led financial modelling assignments and model audits for multi-billion dollar projects and is an experienced trainer, delivering best practice financial modelling training courses across the world.
Her experience has seen her involved in advisory and modelling assignments globally, executing M&A and project finance transactions across a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, energy transition, mining & metals and oil & gas.
Karina has designed and delivered training courses for Energy Infrastructure Partners, Ardian, 3i, Societe Generale, Amarenco, InfraRed Capital Partners, Iona Capital, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Northland Power, Green Investment Bank (now part of Macquarie), Belltown Power, Resource Capital Funds, Swedbank, Deloitte, Bloomberg and Belfius Bank.
Recent modelling engagements include operational model builds for Covanta/Encyclis, Greencoat, Oslofjord Varme, Pinnacle Power, Islalink and Alight.
Karina began her career at ANZ Investment Bank in 2002 in the Project and Structured Finance team.
